1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the bor444 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bor444 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bor444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bor444 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bor444 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bor444 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit (same-source rule).
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from approval. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside bor444's control.

bor444 reserves the right to void and reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bor444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins equivalent credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions:

8 Sports Betting Rules

The bor444 sportsbook enables players to place wagers on a range of sporting events including cricket (PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs), football, UFC, and other events as listed in the sportsbook at any given time.

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the bor444 sportsbook section.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are final once accepted. Requests to cancel or amend live bets after acceptance will not be entertained.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bor444 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bor444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• bor444's decision to cease operations in a particular market or jurisdiction.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

bor444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bor444 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bor444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
